10:00-17:00 -- Registration & Collecting Conference Materials

The first day focuses on registration. Participants are required to sign in at the conference venue and collect all conference materials at the registration counter. Note that registration will remain open on the second day of the conference for late arrivals.

May 23, 2026

09:00-12:00 -- Keynote Speeches

The conference chair will host the opening ceremony in the morning, and all participants are expected to attend. Following the ceremony, keynote speakers will deliver presentations and share their cutting-edge research findings. A group photo session for all participants will be held during the intermission.

12:00-13:00 -- Lunch Time

Lunch will be provided at the designated area (details available in conference materials).

13:00-18:00 -- Invited Speakers & Technical Sessions

Participants' presentations will be divided into sessions based on conference topics. All presenters must locate their assigned session room and arrive at least 3 minutes early to copy their PPT/PDF files to the session laptop and prepare. The session chair will start each session on time. Each presentation (including Q&A) must be limited to 15 minutes. After all sessions conclude, the best papers will be announced and certificates awarded. However, if some participants need to depart early, the best presentation for each session may be selected and announced immediately after the session ends.

May 24, 2026

10:00-17:00 -- City Visit / Lab Visit

Detailed meeting points and itineraries for the visits will be announced during the registration period. Participants are advised to wear comfortable shoes and bring necessary items (e.g., ID cards, water bottles) as specified in the conference materials.

Instructions for Conference Delegates
Devices provided by the organizer
Presentation Laptop with MS-Office and Adobe Reader
Projector and Screen with Audio Support

Delegates should bring their presentations in CD/ Memory Stick/ Storage Devices as MS Power Point presentation/ PDF file and upload them on the Presentation Laptop provided by the organizer in advance.

Delegates presenting by posters, should bring a printed poster. The poster should be big enough to be easily readable by the viewers.
Each presenter will get a maximum of 15 minutes for presentation, which includes set-up time and 2-3 minutes of Q & A session.
‘Certificate of Attendance’ can be collected at the registration counter on request. ‘Participation Certificate’ will be provided only during the valediction ceremony.

Organizer will not provide accommodation, so the delegates are suggested to make early reservation.
